Outline of Research at the Start

クローン性造血は加齢とともに造血幹細胞に生じる後天性遺伝子変異で骨髄系腫瘍や動脈硬化性疾患をはじめ種々の疾患と関係する。近年ではリンパ系腫瘍に関連するリンパ性クローン性造血が提唱されたが実態はよくわかっていない。本研究ではクローン性造血関連遺伝子変異についてリンパ性クローン性造血関連遺伝子を中心に、高齢者で増加しつつある、免疫異常による血球減少症やリンパ球形態異常症例で調べて血液異常との関連性を明らかにする。
