Outline of Research at the Start

申請者は、T細胞性急性リンパ性白血病 (T-ALL) 細胞において、SWItch/Sucrose Non-Fermentable (SWI/SNF) 複合体がゲノムのRUNX1結合領域のクロマチンアクセシビリティを特異的に制御しており、SWI/SNF阻害薬はRUNX1をゲノムから乖離させて抗T-ALL活性を示すことを発見した (Aoki et al., Blood 2024)。本研究計画では、SWI/SNF阻害薬を基軸にした新規T-ALL治療戦略を構築するため、SWI/SNF複合体と機能的協調関係にある転写因子の同定を目指す。
