Outline of Research at the Start	これまで申請者は、EV内包タンパク質であるTSG101をHSCで高発現させると、HSCの培養系でコントロールと比較してHSC分画が減少することを確認しており、HSCの細胞周期に影響を与える候補分子の1つと考えている。今後、腫瘍細胞でのTSG101遺伝子をノックダウンし、同細胞を移植したマウスでの血球減少症の有無について確認を行う予定である。本研究によりTSG101以外にも血球減少症を引き起こす候補分子が見いだされると考えられる。明らかとなった血球減少のメカニズムを基に治療法を開発することができれば、化学療法のみに依存しない新たな治療選択肢を患者に提供できると考えている。
