Outline of Research at the Start

MF診療において、線維化のバイオマーカーの確立、および、新たな治療標的の探索が課題である。私たちはMF患者の血清C-Man-Trp値が有意に高く、骨髄線維化の進行度と正の相関があることを見出した 。血清C-Man-Trpは、Trpに単糖マンノースがC-C結合で付加されたC-Man化タンパク質の分解産物と考えられている。C-Man化は生物種を超えてみられる翻訳後糖修飾で、タンパク質の安定性・折り畳み・分泌に関わると推定されているが、その詳細は不明である。今回の研究計画で、MFにおけるC-Man-Trp及びC-Man化タンパク質の臨床・病理学的意義を明らかにする。
