Outline of Research at the Start	再発難治多発性骨髄腫(MM)においてCAR-T細胞療法が導入されたが、長期寛解・治癒は見込めない。再発には骨髄の腫瘍微小環境(TME)に存在する多形核細胞系骨髄由来免疫抑制細胞(PMN-MDSC)が重要な役目を果たしており、この細胞に対して完全ヒト型のCAR-T細胞を作成し、TMEを改善させることによるin directな効果および再発を抑制する系を確立する。また、何度でもoff-the-shelfで使えるよう、γδT細胞をエフェクター細胞として使用する。
