Outline of Research at the Start

急性移植片対宿主病（aGVHD）は同種造血細胞移植後の主要な死因であり、既存の免疫抑制剤を中心とした治療では、未だ制御できない症例が数多く存在する。AREGは重症aGVHDのバイオマーカーであり、ドナーT細胞由来のAREGがマウスの移植実験において生存率を低下させ、aGVHDを悪化させることが示唆された。本研究は、AREGの作用機序を解明し、新たなaGVHDの治療標的となりうるか検証する。
