Outline of Research at the Start

慢性の播種性血管内凝固症候群（DIC）の患者は，出血傾向や創傷治癒遅延を呈することが多い。我々は、その原因として凝固第XIII因子（血餅安定化作用と創傷治癒促進作用を有する）が慢性DIC患者において著減していることを明らかにした。しかし治療ガイドラインが存在せず、認可が得られている経口抗凝固剤が存在しないこともあって対応に苦慮することが多い。そこで我々は、直接経口抗凝固剤であるアピキサバンの慢性DICに対する有用性を小規模試験で確認した。本研究では、・慢性DICにおけるXIII因子活性低下メカニズム、・XIII因子の補充及びDOACの有用性を多人数の臨床試験で検証することを目的としている。
