Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、鈴木孝禎教授（大阪大学産業科学研究所）と連携してHDAC8/PROTACを合成し、in vitro、ex vivoおよびin vivoにおいて抗腫瘍効果を検討する（研究目標①）。計画通り進まない時に備え、KDM5/PROTACの抗腫瘍効果を検討する（研究目標②）。吉満誠准教授（鹿児島大学）の協力を得て、ATL患者由来細胞とNOGマウスに患者細胞を移植したATLモデルマウスを用いる。本研究成果は日本薬学会年会、日本癌学会学術総会およびアメリカ血液学会で発表する。
