Outline of Research at the Start

キメラ抗原受容体T細胞(CAR-T細胞)療法は、治療に難渋する悪性リンパ腫に対して治癒が期待される治療法である。一方で、CAR-T細胞療法後の再発の多くは輸注後早期に生じる。この時期はCAR-T細胞輸注後の遷延性血球減少の時期に一致することが多く、次治療の大きな妨げとなる。すなわち、CAR-T細胞輸注後の遷延性血球減少のメカニズム解明ならびに治療法の確立は喫緊の課題である。本研究は、BCL-2を中心にCAR-T細胞療法後の遷延性血球減少のメカニズム解明することを目的とし、治療法・予防法の確立に繋ぐことを目指す。
