Outline of Research at the Start

節外性NK/T細胞リンパ腫の再発・難治症例は予後不良であり、同種造血幹細胞移植が行われるが移植後再発も多い。EBウイルスが全例陽性であり、移植後の再発予防にはドナーのEBウイルスに対する細胞傷害性Tリンパ球によるEBウイルス免疫再構築が重要であると考えられる。移植前後より経時的にEBウイルスのDNA定量と特異的細胞傷害性リンパ球定量を行い、EBウイルス免疫再構築と治療効果との相関を検証できれば、患者自身以外からのEBウイルス細胞傷害性Tリンパ球を移植後に投与し再発予防を行うなどの新たな移植治療戦略の確立に繋がる。
