Outline of Research at the Start

HLA適合移植例であっても約40%に急性GVHDが発症する機序は依然として未解明である。申請者らは、HLA-F座近傍に位置し急性GVHDと強く関連する2つのSNP（F-SNPs）を同定し、それらがHLA-Fのエンハンサーとして機能する可能性を見出した。本研究では、F-SNPsの機能を明らかにするとともに、他の移植成績関連遺伝子（NK遺伝子群、HLA-E 座、MICA座）の多型解析を同一症例にて実施し、急性GVHD発症との関連の強さを包括的に検討する。得られた知見を基に、ドナー選定後に実施すべき遺伝子検査項目の提案に資する新たな指標の構築を目指す。
