Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，これまでその機序が十分に理解されてこなかった，類洞内皮下血栓の形成メカニズムの解明である．血小板との関係性を中心に，CLEC-2，GPIb，GPIIb/IIIaといった分子に注目した解析を予定する．過去，類洞内皮下血栓の形成機序についてなされた報告はいずれも断片的であり，本研究により新たな機序の解明を目指していきたい．
また，血小板上からのCLEC-2除去はSOSモデルマウスに生存期間を延長したことから，本研究の発展は，類洞内皮下血栓の形成メカニズム解明にとどまらず，SOSの病態解明や治療法開発にも寄与できるものと考える．
