Outline of Research at the Start	先天性出血素因のうち10％から44％が血友病、von Willebrand病（VWD）以外の稀な出血性疾患であり、近年約100種類の遺伝子の関与が報告されている。また静脈血栓塞栓症（VTE）の約40％が遺伝的素因によると考えられているが、既知の遺伝子異常に加えて従来血栓症とは無関係と考えられていた遺伝子群の関与が報告され、VTE発症に関与する多因子として注目されている。これらの背景をふまえて本研究では日本人バイオバンクコホートを活用し、全ゲノムシークエンス(WGS)データと、ゲノムワイド関連解析（GWAS）を用いた血液凝固異常症の解析を計画した。
