Outline of Research at the Start

好酸球性胃腸炎（non-EoE EGID）は腸管に多数の好酸球が浸潤することで慢性炎症が惹起される消化管の難治性アレルギー疾患である。近年、腸管バリア機能の破綻による粘膜透過性亢進(Leaky gut：LG)がアレルギー疾患の病態に関与していることが明らかになってきた。本研究では気相液相界面培養オルガノイドモデルを樹立し、上皮・非上皮を含む腸内環境を腸管外に正確に再現して、外来抗原の感作による粘膜防御機構の破綻が好酸球や免疫担当細胞を介してLGを誘導し、non-EoE EGIDの病態形成の一因になり得るのかを解明していく。
