Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は申請者の自然免疫制御の知見を応用し、これまで報告されていないS1Pシグナリングによる好酸球の機能制御を明らかにして、アレルギー疾患への応用を目指す。特に難治性の好酸球性多発血管炎性肉芽腫症におけるS1Pシグナリングの役割を解明し、治療法の開発につなげる。
