Outline of Research at the Start

日本最大規模のSLEコホートから収集した臨床症状および生体資料を用いて、詳細なクラスタリングを実施する。クラスタリング集団に対して、血清を用いてタンパク質アレイを行い、抽出されたバイオマーカーと各クラスターとの関係性を調査することで、SLEの疾患および病態の分類を明確にする。また、各クラスターにおける治療方法とその効果を解析し、最適な治療法の探索し、個別化医療の実現を目的としている。
