Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、１）免疫抑制マウスへCVP-NASVACを投与し、HBs抗体とHBc抗原特異的CTLの誘導と、誘導された抗体のHBV中和能を確認する。さらに、２）肝移植後患者を対象とするCVP-NASVACの特定臨床研究を行い、CVP-NASVACが肝移植後患者における新たなHBV再発予防策となることを明らかにする。
