Outline of Research at the Start	クリミア・コンゴ出血熱ウイルス(CCHFV)はヒトに対して高い致死率を示す病原体である。しかし、今のところ有効なワクチン等がない状況である。本研究はCCHFVで近縁でヒトに対して非病原性であるハザラウイルス(HAZV)と遺伝子改変技術を用いてCCHFV感染に対して有効なワクチンを開発するための基盤を構築することが目的である。
