Outline of Research at the Start

コルチゾール産生腫瘍(CPA)は、副腎皮質の機能的分化という系譜的多様性と、腫瘍における組織構成細胞の複雑さの二面性から、シングルセル解析による分子基盤研究が必要である。既知のCPA関連遺伝子変異（PKA/GNAS/WNTシグナル経路）と表現型について、CPAの腫瘍細胞の系譜的多階層性がもたらす分子病態基盤および、そのジェノタイプ-臨床表現型との関わりを明らかにすることを目的とする。
