Outline of Research at the Start

アルドステロン産生腺腫(APA)は原発性アルドステロン症の主因だが、その分子病態は未解明である。本研究では、シングルセルRNA-seq技術を軸としたマルチオミクス解析を用いて、APAにおける細胞集団の多様性と腫瘍微小環境を包括的に解析する。単一細胞レベルから病態進展機構、腫瘍微小環境の構築機構、および臨床的意義を明らかにすることで、APAの分子病態理解を深め、新規バイオマーカーや治療標的の同定に繋げる。
