Outline of Research at the Start

ポリアミンは、私たちの体の中に自然に存在する「小さな分子」で、細胞の成長や修復を助ける重要な働きをしています。生体肝移植のドナーとレシピエントより得られた肝組織および末梢血液にて、各々のポリアミン濃度を測定する。それら検体のポリアミンの多寡と臨床データ（ドナー・レシピエント年齢、生化学データ・肝再生）を突合し、肝再生においてポリアミンがいかに促進的に作用するかを示し、「臨床肝移植においてポリアミン経口摂取が肝再生や肝機能改善に有効であること」を明らかにする。
