Outline of Research at the Start

静脈置換を目的とした専用の人工血管は市販されていない。肝胆膵悪性腫瘍や肝移植外科手術に伴う、下大静脈、肝静脈、門脈合併切除に対する人工血管置換再建術を実現するため、線維芽細胞スフェロイド(細胞集塊)を用い、バイオ3Dプリンタによる3次元構造体静脈用細胞製人工血管を開発する。
