Outline of Research at the Start

トリプルネガティブ乳がん(TNBC)は予後不良であり、新たな標的を開発することが臨床的ニーズとして望まれている。近年、モノクローナル抗がん抗体を確立するために、がん組織やがん由来の細胞株で動物を免疫する方法が試みられている。本研究では、TNBC細胞株を用いて重鎖抗体をもつアルパカを免疫し、「TNBC細胞株特異的なナノボディ」を同定した。本研究では、この新規バイオマーカーが実際のTNBC病理サンプルにおいてどのような分布を示すのかを詳細に検証し、その病理学的有効性を実証することである。
