Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではラットを用い種々の要因に起因する縫合不全および吻合部狭窄モデルを作成する。このモデルを用いて羊膜および羊膜から採取可能な羊膜上皮幹細胞を吻合部の管腔内外に用い、縫合不全および吻合部狭窄の発生、および組織学的に羊膜の効果を検討する。最終的には消化器外科領域におけいる消化管の縫合不全を予防する製剤の開発に寄与する事を考えている。
