ヒトES細胞移植は免疫拒絶反応を伴い、がん細胞はPD-L1分子でT細胞の免疫応答を抑制します。本研究はPD-L1を発現させる両親媒性高分子で細胞表面を改質し、同種三次元軟骨を再生することを目指します。方法はPD-L1発現条件の検討、改質後の評価、生体内評価、再生軟骨の機能評価です。
