Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、我々が独自に開発したエクソソームによる虚血周辺組織へのデリバリーシステムを、脂質ナノ粒子に応用することで、虚血周辺組織へのデリバリー可能となる脂質ナノ粒子の作製を行う研究開発である。我々の研究開発の成功は、エクソソームの課題を克服し、核酸医薬のデリバリー方法に変革をもたらす可能性がある。
