申請者らが開発した患者腫瘍由来neo-Agの高効率な同定技術とOX40刺激下培養によるメモリーCTL誘導技術を基に、neo-Agペプチド刺激とOX40補助刺激のもと、TGF-β陽性細胞除去カラムにより免疫抑制性細胞を除去した患者由来TALを培養することにより、担癌生体内でも抗腫瘍機能維持可能な腫瘍neo-Ag特異的メモリーCTLを樹立し、患者腫瘍移植PDXマウス前臨床試験モデルで治療効果を検証する。
本研究成果から、腹膜播種患者に対し個別化Neo-Ag特異的CTL樹立のプラットホームが構築でき、Precision Cancer Medicineとして免疫細胞療法の臨床応用への貢献が期待できる。
