Outline of Research at the Start

食道癌は予後不良な疾患であり、近年注目されている免疫療法もその治療効果は限定的である。その理由の一つとして、腫瘍免疫における二次リンパ器官である領域リンパ節（tdLN）の役割は、腫瘍局所の研究ほど十分に解明されていないことが挙げられる。特に、腫瘍細胞が存在しない非転移リンパ節における免疫微小環境変化に関する研究はほとんど行われていない。本研究では、シングルセルRNAシークエンス（scRNAseq）、TCR/BCRレパトア解析、FFPE切片を用いた空間的transcriptome解析および多重蛍光免疫染色を用い、食道癌の進行がtdLNの免疫微小環境に及ぼす影響を単一細胞レベルで解明することを目的とする。
