Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、これまで報告されていない膵神経内分泌腫瘍（PNEN）の腫瘍進展におけるYAP/TAZ発現の意義を明らかにすることを目的とする。これまで臨床検体において、YAP/TAZ発現が腫瘍進展と関連すること、in vitro実験にて標準治療薬であるmTOR阻害剤によりYAP/TAZが発現誘導されることを見出し、これを抑制することでさらなる腫瘍増殖抑制効果が得られるかを検証する。
