本研究では、胃癌に対する免疫チェックポイント阻害剤の治療効果の増強をもたらす抗腫瘍免疫活性化を促す機序の解明をおこなう。
１ARID1A欠失胃癌でARID1A欠失に伴う1型インターフェロン経路の活性化の機序
２EBV関連胃癌でEBVマイクロRNAを介して抗腫瘍免疫を活性化する機序
３HER2陽性胃癌で抑制されているcGAS/STING経路の活性化（抑制解除）を促す機序
