Outline of Research at the Start

大腸癌やその他の癌腫においてCAFsにおけるDll4の高発現やその癌細胞への作用機序は未だ報告されていない。 本研究では、同一患者由来の大腸癌オルガノイドを樹立し、CAFsとの共培養系ならびにマウスへの共移植系を駆使し、CAFsで高発現しているDll4による大腸癌悪性化の関与を検証することを目標とする。
