Outline of Research at the Start

体内手術用ガーゼは、止血や汚染された術野を整えるためだけでなく、組織の圧排や手術の進行方向をガイドするなど、その使用法は多岐に及ぶ。一方で、体内でガーゼを見失い遺残を生じることがしばしば問題となる。現在、インドシアニングリーン(ICG)を用いた蛍光ガイド手術は、正確で精緻な手術を可能にしてきた。本研究では、ICGにより蛍光発光する体内手術用ガーゼの開発を行い、新規蛍光ガイド手術の創生とガーゼ遺残ゼロを目指す。
