| Outline of Research at the Start |
PTGIR陽性CAFの形質を明らかにし、PTGIRを介したPGI2のHCCの発癌、悪性度、治療抵抗性に与える意義をHCCの切除検体、遺伝子改変マウス、オミクス解析などの分子生物学的手法を用いて解明し、HCC治療における既存のPTGIRアゴニストの有用性を明らかにする。
実験 I. HCC切除検体にCAFに着目したPTGIR発現解析 (令和7, 8年度）
実験 II. HCC由来のPTGIR陽性CAFの形質解明(令和7, 8年度）
実験 III. 遺伝子改変マウスを用いたHCC発癌実験、担がんモデルマウス実験 (令和7, 8, 9年度)
