| Outline of Research at the Start |
① 抗癌剤治療奏功例と無効例のヒト膵癌組織の比較による腫瘍内細菌の多様性の比較を行い、腫瘍内細菌の網羅的遺伝子解析によって抗癌剤抵抗性に関与する腫瘍内細菌の同定を行う。
② 膵癌においてCAFsサブタイプの発現分布の違いが抗癌剤抵抗性に関連するのかを評価し、抗癌剤治療奏功例と無効例のヒト膵癌組織の比較によって、抗癌剤抵抗性症例のCAFsサブタイプの発現分布の特徴を評価する。
