Outline of Research at the Start

CDで生ずる非連続な粘膜病変は、腸管粘膜を介して特定の細菌を貪食したミエロイド細胞内の細菌がミエロイド細胞の活性を持続させ、さらに腸管膜内のリンパ節において持続的にリンパ球を活性化する結果、そのリンパ領域の腸管に非連続性、区域性の炎症が誘導され生ずるとの仮説の検証を行う。
