Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、今後臨床適応が拡大されうるCLDN18.2を標的とした治療戦略において、① CLDN18.2陽性胃癌におけるCLDN18.2の発現制御や② 腫瘍微小環境におけるCLDN18.2陽性胃癌細胞と免疫細胞や間質細胞との相互作用を焦点にCLDN18.2標的治療の治療抵抗性の解明、免疫治療との併用療法の有用性について検討する。
