Outline of Research at the Start

リンパ節内のPDCの転移個数を用いて、再発リスク群をより正確に抽出する新たなバイオマーカーになりうるかを検討する。加えて、転移PDCが多い大腸癌の遺伝子情報を調べることで、転移・再発を起こしやすいサブタイプを検索する。さらに、PDCの多寡、転移・再発の有無、化学療法抵抗性の強弱、特徴的な遺伝子発現量及びシグナルパスウェイを多層パーセプトロンを用いて統合する。
