Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、3次元培養で形成した膵癌培養細胞の浮遊細胞塊について、①上皮系または間葉系膵癌細胞に特異的に効果のある薬剤の網羅的探索、②膵癌培養細胞株を上皮系または間葉の形質に転換・変質させた場合の薬剤感受性の変化、③癌進展に最も重要な間質細胞である膵星細胞と、上皮系または間葉系膵癌細胞の3次元共培養による癌細胞の細胞動態の変化と薬剤の有効性の検討を行なう。上皮系または間葉系膵癌細胞を選択して阻害する薬剤を探索し、膵癌の多様性によって回避されることがない新たな膵癌治療法の開発を目指す。
