| Outline of Research at the Start |
膵癌におけるクラスリンアダプターの役割を解析し、siRNAを用いてその制御を試みる。制御実験は細胞株実験に始まり、Lipid nanoparticlesを用いた膵癌マウスへのsiRNA投与実験まで行う。siRNAを投与されたマウスにおいて、膵癌細胞・組織がどのような挙動を示すかを調査し、Lipid nanoparticlesによるsiRNA投与の臨床応用の可能性を探求する。
