Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は心房筋の一部を手術時に採取し，キマーゼ活性および遺伝子発現レベルを一過性心房細動患者と持続性・永続性心房細動患者で比較し、マイクロRNAおよび心臓組織線維化等の他要素を併せて解析することで、心房細動の病態解明に繋げる研究である。
