Outline of Research at the Start

糖尿病増加を背景に深刻化する下肢末梢動脈疾患(LEAD)の動脈硬化微小環境において、細胞外小胞(EV)が果たす役割を解析する。in vitroの系で患者由来病変EVの機能評価を行った後、その機能を示すmiRNAを同定するためmiRNA網羅的解析を実施し、動脈硬化進展の新規メカニズム解明とEVを用いた治療法開発を目指す。
