Outline of Research at the Start

ヒトiPS由来心筋細胞シートの凍結において、細胞生存率70%以上を実現させた凍結法は報告がなく、我々は、本研究で、再生医療向け3DフリーザーでヒトiPS由来心筋細胞シートの凍結を行うことで、細胞生存率70%以上を目指す。
