Outline of Research at the Start

本年度はSTZ誘発糖尿病マウス(STZ投与群)の虚血改善効果に①PGE2/EP4受容体経路及び、②虚血筋肉組織へのTregの集積が関与しているかについて以下に記したことを検討する。
1. 右下肢の虚血改善効果, 2.虚血筋組織での新生血管の評価。
3.虚血筋組織におけるCOX-2、mPGES-1及びEP1-4受容体の発現の検討,3 経時的に定量的PCRによりCOX-2、mPGES-1及びEP1-4受容体の発現の検討。4 虚血筋組織に集積するFoxp3陽性細胞の検討,5 虚血筋肉組織及び末梢血液におけるTregの発現の比較検討
