Outline of Research at the Start

左心室機能不全は直接的に心拍出量の低下につながるが、最近、「心房不全（atrial failure）」という概念が提唱されており、左室機能が維持された心不全に関連していると報告されている。４D flow MRIにより周術期における心機能、特に左心房機能（リザーバー機能 ・ブースター機能 ・導管機能）を解析、評価することで今まで見逃されていた術後合併症を早期に検出できる可能性があり、術後管理の精度が飛躍的に向上すると考えられる。
