| Outline of Research at the Start |
特殊処理施設を用いず、健康な同種ヒト体内で簡便・確実に作成した組織に、手術施設内で 同日中に 完結する脱細胞処理を施す事により、血管組織再生の足場となる優秀なマトリックスを幅広い施設で作成するための基盤技術を開発する。
本技術により、生体由来材料を足場に組織再生が誘導される、患者自身の体内における『体内誘導型臓器再生治療』を、これまで適応困難であった極度のハイリスク症例に適用拡大することをめざす。
