Outline of Research at the Start

人工心肺装置を用いる開心術後においては、約20％の症例で急性腎障害（AKI）を発症し術後死亡の有意な危険因子である。AKIの早期診断、早期治療介入が術後生命予後の改善につながることが期待される。NGALはAKI発症時に早期に上昇することから、早期診断のマーカーとして臨床応用されている。開心術後のAKI発症に対して尿中NGAL値を用いてその有効性を検証した研究は成人領域では未だない。そこで本研究では成人における人工心肺手術症例において、人工心肺終了後からの尿中NGAL測定によりAKI発症を早期に診断し、早期治療介入を可能にすることで、術後短期成績が向上することを研究仮説とする。
