Outline of Research at the Start	冠動脈疾患の主な外科的手術として冠動脈バイパス手術が行われる。バイパス手術で使用する血管の術中および術後のれん縮の防止と術後の血栓性狭窄の軽減が、グラフトの長期開存率の向上と予後の良好な長期成績結果をもたらす。本研究は、糖尿病血管れん縮および血栓性閉塞・狭窄に対するGLP-1（Glucagon-like peptide-1）受容体作動薬の効果について検証するため、糖尿病モデル動物を使用し、薬理学的にその効果を解明し、糖尿病血管れん縮と血栓性狭窄の予防を目指した薬理学的手段に関する有用な基礎的知見を提供することを目的とする。
