Outline of Research at the Start

胸膜中皮腫は石綿曝露に起因する予後不良の悪性腫瘍であり、ICI併用療法も無増悪生存期間は約6.8ヶ月にとどまる。治療抵抗性の機序解明と新規治療標的の同定が喫緊の課題である。当研究室はICI投与後に手術を行った症例の検体を多数保有しており、ヒト検体およびマウスモデルを用いて多重免疫染色、フローサイトメトリー、トランスクリプトーム解析を行い、腫瘍免疫微小環境の変化を包括的に評価することで、耐性克服と予後改善に資する新規標的分子の同定を目指す。
