Outline of Research at the Start

申請者らグループは、がんの代謝特性解明とそれにもとづく新たな治療標的開発を目標に研究を進めてきた。その成果として、最近、小細胞肺がんの新たな代謝脆弱性を見出し、マウス前臨床モデル（CDXモデル）にて良好な結果を得ることができた。本課題では、それら知見を一層発展させ、臨床応用に向けて必要な各種データの収集に取り組む。具体的には、1) 既存化学療法との優劣の比較（副作用・有害事象の有無も含む）、2) 治療耐性の分子メカニズム解明、等をすすめる。
