Outline of Research at the Start

手術麻酔において筋弛緩薬は必要不可欠な薬剤であるが、近年、術後再筋弛緩（再クラーレ化）の合併症が特に高齢者において報告されている。しかし、この再クラーレ化の原因は明らかになっていない。本研究では全身麻酔下に、同一筋弛緩状態での血中筋弛緩薬濃度を測定することで、筋弛緩薬の安全域を若年者と高齢者で比較し、再クラーレ化の原因を探る。また同一の手法を用いて、血中電解質濃度の筋弛緩状態への影響や、再クラーレ化を防ぐための筋弛緩拮抗薬の適正量を検討する。
